ENGAGE INC. BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Heather has over 18 years of Non-Profit Management Experience including; Chief Financial Officer, fundraising, donor relations, campaign management, database management, event coordination, and office management. Heather earned her undergraduate degree at Auburn University in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Human Resource Management and went on to earn her Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Alabama. She is currently enrolled to finish her Doctorate in Business Administration. Heather is a Certified Business Advisor and the majority of her career, has been spent advising "for profit," businesses; and has received numerous awards for Small Business Advising expertise. In her off time; she sits on numerous Foundation and Non-Profit Boards; assisting with financial needs, creative ideas, and campaign management; to be sure that community needs are met. Her passion is Non-Profit Management and assisting in furthering missions to a grander level. Her vision for Engage Inc. was to provide affordable management, consulting, and training to Non Profit's dedicated to community assistance. 

Jerraud Powers is a former cornerback for the Baltimore Ravens. He was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2009 draft from Auburn University to the Indianapolis Colts where he spent his first four seasons. Following, he spent his next three years with the Arizona Cardinals before transitioning to Baltimore. 

Jerraud received his Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Auburn University and is the Founder and CEO of Team Freeze Foundation. Jerraud has been the "hands on," Founder of Team Freeze Foundation for over 10 years and after using Engage Inc. for his own Foundation; realized the Pro Athlete need for Foundation assistance. Jerraud is the Director of the "Pro-Athlete," division of Engage Inc. and has dedicated his expertise and experience into Athlete Foundation success. He has lead teams all over field, and brings that leadership to lead the Athletic Division in marketing, strategic planning, and execution of missions all over the U.S. 

 

Mathew is a Marketing and Public Relations graduate of University of North Alabama. Mathew has spent over a decade supporting Small Business America working in various Sales, Management and Leadership roles for two Premier Gooble SMB partners. He has spent his career advising thousands of entrepreneurs helping them start, run and grow their businesses. 

Matt is currently the Director of Sales at Thryv; a Small Business Software Company and was just named the Director of the Thryv Small Business Foundation. Thryv Foundation is a Non-Profit Organization launched to empower, develop, and invest in small business America. Matthew shapes and approves the Foundation’s vision, direction, and strategic partnerships. He brings his leadership knowledge from his Foundation to lead our volunteer Community Outreach Board; who provides creative leadership to the Engage Executive Team.
